Our Policies

1. Cancellation & Prepayment

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 30 days of arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up, they’ll be charged the total price of the reservation.

  1. Guest Details

  • Must provide legal name, address, and phone number.

  • Must be minimum 18 years of age

3. House Rules

  • Smoking is not allowed.

  • Pets are not allowed.

  • Parties/events are not allowed.

  • Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

4. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through our website.
